「Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. 「We stayed in this area to attend a family wedding and this condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone with a large open living, dining and kitchen area. Full of amenities - we were especially thankful for the stocked coffee station upon arrival after a long day of traveling, the comfortable beds and the great outdoor deck/furniture. 「I had a longer stay here. I felt very comfortable. The apartment is on the top floor. There is an elevator to take your suitcases or shopping upstairs.Everything you need is available. I think that one or two little things will be added over time. The hostess went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, gave me tips on where to go and where to find things.The park right next door is especially great. I can highly recommend it.」
