Perfect location very walkable although it was cold and snowy when we were there so we just drove over to the winery and Lanier mansion. Then going to Main Street we drove up parked and walked to all the stores and restaurants.

We rented both units for a reunion of 8 old high school friends and it was perfect! Beautiful, newly renovated, clean and well stocked! The owner communicated with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and made the check in and check out process very simple. We would all highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 9 had a wonderful stay at the property! There was room for all of us and having the toddler items was perfect. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to downtown, restaurants, shops, the riverfront, and the nearby park. The communication from the hosts was great, they even checked in the morning after to see if we needed anything. Overall an amazing place to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO that exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, with stunning views of the river that made our mornings extra special. Perfect for our Family Reunion!

We had 4 couples, meaning we needed enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all 8 of us. This was the perfect fit for us! Kelly was a great communicator and checked on us to be sure everything was going smoothly (there was a pretty severe wind storm while there). You will not be disappointed if you choose this home. It is well furnished and has all the kitchen/bathroom amenities.

Wonderful stay!

The home was very welcoming and a nice, happy place! They responded very quickly when the front door wouldn't unlock and resolved the issue without any difficulty. It has a great view of the river and a deck with shade which were delightful. The location is spectacular and there was plenty to do in town and by the river. We had everything we needed provided for us. There was very little work to do when we left which was great and different from some other places. We were a little surprised by how much we had to do stairs but I am sure it was good for us anyway!

Great Stay in Madison

This is a very lovely home and well appointed. The host was communicative and the process was very smooth and easy. We all agreed that we would stay here again and would recommend it to others. The location couldn't have been more convenient! The only small hiccup was that there didn't seem to be hot water on the lower level where the two queen bedrooms shared a bathroom. It was a hot day so the two downstairs guests didn't really seem to mind. We also had to turn on the ice maker and wait hours for the freezer to make ice. Very minor but it was a hot day in July. Overall, a great and comfortable place to stay. Thank you!

Sibs get together

The location of your VRBO is perfect. Madison is a cute little town with some great shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the river from the porch and main room. Parking was very convenient and walking to downtown, the river and the Lanier house was very easy. It would be nice if the air conditioner was easier to work. We never could get the unit in the living room to turn off, so there was always a ‘breeze’ in that room. Because of that, my sister-in-law thought it would be nice if there had been a throw or two in the living room to snuggle under. My husband and I stayed in one of the bedrooms in the lower level. It was very comfortable but it would have been nice to have had a dresser down there. We all liked the towels in the bathroom and I really really appreciated your letting me use the washer and dryer in the next unit. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at your VRBO and would highly recommend it. Thank you, Kelly. Joan Barry
