“Great stay and wonderful property. The first stay that didn’t have a book and list full of restrictions and checkout instructions. After a whirlwind weekend celebrating our daughter ‘s engagement, this was a welcomed surprise! Everyone enjoyed their stay, including our two labs. Great fenced in yard that gave them plenty of room to exercise. We will be back!”

“We really enjoyed this home and it was a perfect location for us. The house sits back from a main street and is well insulated so it is quiet. The rooms are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The bathrooms were all in great condition and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Anthony is a great host and even let us extend our stay. If you have children this home is great……

“Such an amazing and flawless experience! The whole process of checking in and instructions, plus the homeowner gave us recommendations for places to eat and fav wineries! The cottage was so cute, so so clean, so spacious. It was the perfect cottage for our girls weekend!! The location was beautiful! We walked to the beach in the morning and it was gorg!! “We had a great time in Greenport. Nice low-key neighborhood. Easy walk or bike ride into town and very close to ferry. Freeport is sweet and had enough restaurants and shops to keep us entertained for a couple days. It’s close enough to the Shelter Island and more for further exploration. We made use of the bikes, which was great. The house has lots of space and is well cared for. The hosts were very responsive and available.”
