「Fair breakfast」

「Great location , good parking options, updated and very clean . Room was well ventilated,but the fan was a bit loud. Breakfast was warm, plentiful and well presented. We’re adding this hotel to our list of preferred hotels .」

「What a nice place. Easy drive to the balloon festival park and ride at Hoffmantown Church, while giving us a great mountain setting. Our host, Oscar, and his property managers, John and Dee, were great…very friendly, helpful and responsive. The house sits on a ravine with great sunset views from both the back patio and raised front patio. Lots of outdoor space, bedrooms were very comfortable, living space was large and well appointed. Kitchen was large and well equipped, with great startup...

「The only reason why we picked this hotel for the indoor pool. When we got there they told us the pool was closed to maintenance and would not be open while we were there. 」

「This is actually just a bedroom in a house with multiple other converted bedrooms serving as additional rentals along the hallway that lead to our room. This property is more of an hotel or house share than a VRBO in our opinion.The place was clean and prepared like a hotel, with soaps and other amenities. We requested an extra night and the host demanded (politely) that we pay in full in advance of our arrival, outside of VRBO payment policies.」

「Clean and spacious room great staff ok breakfast. Only had pork and OJ was broken. Fitness center nice and pool. Neighborhood was bad, homeless sleeping in parking area, smell of d*pe, window AC was falling and I can see outside. Facet water was too strong and sprayed everywhere. Mattress was hard. Pillows were lumpy like a motel. Sheet was stretched out and kept coming off.」
