「Staff, facilities and location are excellent. Breakfast is mediocre - few choices and bland. AC in room is strong, but unable to turn off at night. 」

「This is actually just a bedroom in a house with multiple other converted bedrooms serving as additional rentals along the hallway that lead to our room. This property is more of an hotel or house share than a VRBO in our opinion.The place was clean and prepared like a hotel, with soaps and other amenities. We requested an extra night and the host demanded (politely) that we pay in full in advance of our arrival, outside of VRBO payment policies.」

「What a nice place. Easy drive to the balloon festival park and ride at Hoffmantown Church, while giving us a great mountain setting. Our host, Oscar, and his property managers, John and Dee, were great…very friendly, helpful and responsive. The house sits on a ravine with great sunset views from both the back patio and raised front patio. Lots of outdoor space, bedrooms were very comfortable, living space was large and well appointed. Kitchen was large and well equipped, with great startup...

「I found the staff to be the rudest I have ever experienced at a hotel. None of them seemed to care about the customers. I arrived for check-in at 2:45 PM and was informed that I could check in early, but it would cost an additional $25 for the convenience. I checked the hotel’s website and the booking site, but there was no mention of this fee. Additionally, the place was rundown and in desperate need of updating. Overall, it was not worth the money.」
