「We enjoyed our stay in Madrid. My daughter loved the gypsy bed/pillows in the living area. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels. 」

「Room was VERY dusty. Might need to change their air filters. My safe was locked upon check-in, so I called down right away to let the front desk know. A couple of days later when I still couldn’t get access to it, I called the desk again and someone came later that day to open it. The outdoor pool was “not available” during our stay. If I had known that, I would’ve looked at other hotels.」

「Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....
