Un hermoso departamento, comodo y luminoso

El departamento es muy comodo, a pesar de los 4 pisos por escaleras. Tiene una iluminacion perfecta y la ubicacion mucho mas. Al rededor esta lleno de todo tipo de locales, peluquerias, bares, ferreterias, supermercado, metro, tiendas de ropa. El edificio es tranquilo y los vecinos amables.

Excellent location and very clean

Great spot being only 3 blocks from the Sofie Art museum and the main train station Atocha, and just another block or two to the Botanical Gardens and the Prado. Clean - recently renovated and modern, Quiet - not facing the street but has nice light and air flow, and Air Conditioning !!! Just a block to lovely fountain and a street lined for blocks with small bars and tapas restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and much prefer it over an ABnB in somebody else,s room.
