Good location, the rest was alright

The location was great and a 5-7 minute walk away from multiple metro stops as well as 3 minutes away from a really good supermarket. Some of the things left in the apartment were just okay, such as the dish towels. They were so poor they didn’t really dry dishes. The biggest thing was the shower. There was only max 1-2 minutes of hot water, then it would get so cold. One of us had to shower in the morning and the other at night. Besides this, the place was easy to get to and around a cute neighborhood. For the price, it was a convenient stay in Madrid for a couple days.

This little apartment was in fun neighborhood. It was perfect for my week of working in Madrid. The bathroom is really small and hot water was a bit lacking, but loved everything else about it.

Enjoyable stay/difficult check out

We had a wonderful stay, but the check out process was difficult. Could not get into the Key Nest to drop off our keys with the codes given. Spent a lot of time chatting with the property management with no solution to returning the keys before leaving the property.

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kommt von dort überall sehr schnell hin. Die Wohnung und vor allem das Bad ist klein aber für ein paar Tage total ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, durch den vorhandenen Boiler war es nur möglich, dass morgen nur eine Person duschen konnte, da das warme Wasser nur für eine (nicht ausgedehnte) Dusche ausreicht. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, was vermutlich an der Fernbedienung lag. Den Schlüssel hinten wir in einem keynest ab, der uns zugeschickte Code zum öffnen der Türe hat leider nicht funktioniert, sodass wir erst anrufen mussten, um den richtigen Code zu erfahren. Die Rückgabe des Schlüssels war auch nicht eindeutig, in einer E-Mail wurde uns geschrieben, dass wir ihn in der Wohnung lassen können und im nächsten Satz hieß es, dass wir ihn in das keynest zurück bringen müssen. Mit der Reinigungskraft haben wir dann vereinbart, den Schlüssel in der Wohnung zu lassen. Der Check Out ist um 11 Uhr, schon einige Minuten vor 11 Uhr stand die Reinigungsdame schon vor der Tür und wartete, bis wir die Wohnung verlassen. Das gibt einem das Gefühl rausgeschmissen zu werden, obwohl man noch ein paar Minuten Zeit hat.
