This was our second visit to this hotel. We stay in one of The Level rooms and find this well worth the slightly extra cost. There are food/snacks and drinks, including beer and wine, available in The Level lounge free of charge from 1pm daily. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The room was great, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Great location, very close to a metro station, 6-7 minutes walk from Plaza Espana, next to many restaurants. The poll is small, not like in the picture, and you have to make a reservation in order to get in, the order is for only 45 minutes.

The hotel is fantastic! It’s located just a block away from metro station, the bed it’s very comfortable with many pillows options, rooms are not huge but good size and very elegant and super clean, the staff is super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly I would definitely stay here again

A wonderful stay with wonderful kind people. Staff was super nice knowledgeable Nora at the front desk, Antonio, Manuel, Michael everyone was kind and always ready to help. Very nice decor, breakfast was full of options. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
