“Drury Inn and Suites always offers the most for your money. The large rooms, friendly staff, pool, hot tub, and kickback hour made our stay a wonderful experience. The only issue we had was slow service at the front desk on a couple of occasions. This seems to be a reflection of low staffing, not a lack of effort. Everyone who worked there were consistently kind, just very busy. ”

“Best thing about this hotel is where it is - less than a ten minute walk to Ohio stadium. Also all the staff are very friendly and there is a free coffee machine and free ice cream in the lobby. Oh and the parking is a secure garage. The room is very small, the air conditioning is aggressively blowing on the bed. They do have very nice communal space which is great if you are traveling with a group. I wished that there was cleaning supplies left out at the dining areas - felt badly that we……

“The stay was wonderful as always. The problem was after the stay. I was charged $150 to sweep up popcorn off the kitchenette floor. When I called about it I was transfered to housekeeping supervisor who did not answer nor return my call. I have never had this happen to me before and have used this location many times. I will not be returning to this location after this incident. Still very upset with results just rediculous. I even cleaned up and left all trash neatly stacked and the dirty……
