Family Thanksgiving

Very suitable building for our group of 14. We could spread out in many bedrooms, lots of washrooms. Hot tub, sauna, and pool table were well used! Even at 3degrees and snow we swam in the lake, then hot tub. Very enjoyable weekend.

Great September Getaway

Our group (11 ladies) really enjoyed a beautiful Fall sunny weekend on this property. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, using the stand-up paddle boards (SUP) - please bring an extra paddle as there was only one available - and relaxing under a beautiful night of stars by the campfire. Plenty of Muskoka chairs for everyone! We also liked having our own beds as there were 11 beds in the house! The kitchen is well-equipped and modern. Plenty of room to walk around the house for a group of 11. We certainly did not feel cramped. The house also has 4 full modern washrooms which really suited our group. The only thing we didn't really enjoy was the drive up to the house. You must drive on a very narrow laneway for about 800 m to reach the house. Certainly not the best during winter months. We also agreed that there should be better signage at the very beginning of the laneway to indicate that the house is definitely on this laneway as it gives you the impression of driving onto an ATV trail. But once you arrive at the house, the property itself is beautiful with lakeside frontage very easily accessible.

Had a blast

We were extremely impressed with the size of the property, it slept 13 of us very comfortably. The amenities were as described, with the exception of the walk in beach front. We found we could launch boats from the beach, but not swim from the beach as the water area there was too mushy. The area in early June was extremely buggy, but we still spent every day outside on the lake with extra bug spray. We loved the selection of boats that were available. Would have liked to have had a few more kayaks and paddle boards for our large group. Overall the house met our needs of family time together.

Peaceful Stay

Great place for large families

This is a great location very private and great for family gatherings .. lots to do and keep everyone entertained the place is very spacious… we enjoyed our stay and the host was fantastic keeping us informed..

Family Christmas together

We rented this beautiful property for a family Christmas together. We were 12 people in total. This definitely met our needs and provided just what we needed to relax, enjoy Christmas and have us all together under one roof. There was plenty to keep the adults as well as the kids entertained which was great! Glenys and Yani made this extra special for us by putting up a Christmas tree and having the place look so festive. The addition of the beautiful box of chocolates was such a lovely gesture:) Thank you!!!!! The owners were always available and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns that came up and were so helpful throughout the entire process of booking, planning as well as our actual stay. We had such a wonderful time on this property and made great use of the hot tub and sauna with such stunning views that time of year!! Beautiful property.

Amazing secluded cottage on a beautiful lake

A group of 7 friends rented the cottage for a long weekend in November. The location was peaceful and secluded, amenities were great, and hosts were accommodating and responsive. Would certainly visit again!

Beautiful place to relax.

Group of 13 women stayed at this lovely property. The weather did not cooperate with everything we had planned. The fall colours around the lake were spectacular. There were lots of indoor options to keep us occupied. Views from the cottage overlooking lake are amazing. Can’t see any other cottages.

Family Vacation

The property was remote and on a quiet lake. Perfect if that is what you are looking for. The scenery was beautiful. The water frontage was great. We appreciated the water activities available. We were happy with the home and available bedrooms and bathrooms.

Incredible property and hosts

Our friends and I rented this property for a relaxing getaway and birthday celebration. It was everything we were looking for and more. The place is spotless, with beautiful views and activities regardless of weather. The hosts were wonderful as well and very responsive. We will definitely be looking to rent it again in the future

We had a group of 17 and enjoyed our stay The winter weather made it difficult to access the cottage (previous guests were stuck on the road and we were unable to pass) but once we got there we had a blast. Glenys was always available when needed.

Beautiful property, great stay!

This property was stunning and so secluded with beautiful Fall views. Our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. The hosts even had a few decorations for Thanksgiving/Halloween to spruce the place up which was a nice touch. The property had everything we needed and it was great to have 2 floors to occupy. Ideal for large families or those that would like to have a separate space for privacy. Unfortunately it rained for most of the weekend so we were unable to maximize the outdoor space, but would be awesome in the summer as they provide games, canoes etc. The hosts were very responsive and made themselves available at all times and even let us have a later checkout due to the wet weather in the hopes of us being able to enjoy the cottage a little longer which was very thoughtful. Hope to visit again in the future!

Confortable and amazing outdoor set up

We loved all the outdoor set up, the beach, deck and of course the big patio (with the chipmunks!). We have a 18 months and it was super safe. The cottage is big and you have everything there to cook. Perfect spot for a family vacation.

Beautiful Property and Cottage!!!

The Cottage and Property is stunning!! Our family made so many beautiful memories here! The fishing is incredible! I, caught a 5 lb Large Mouth Bass from the dock. The cottage was sparkling clean and spacious. There are two kayaks and a canoe which our family enjoyed daily. Ladder Ball was so much fun! This is a very small lake which was very peaceful! The Muskoka chairs by the fire were so comfortable and it was so relaxing to sit and look at the lake every night! Thank you for the beautiful memories! We will definitely be coming back!!!

Thanksgiving weekend

Our time away at this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family was very enjoyable. The property is beautiful, the setting is serene. We spent a lot of our time fishing with the use of the boat, kayaking, sitting around a bonfire, walking in the woods, even a quick dip in the water for those brave enough. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary appliances and gadgets to be able to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving feast. Beds were very comfortable. Nice to not need to pack bedding and towels. A great time was had by all.
