“great location in the middle of everything we wanted to do - food, shopping, the bay. Easy to walk anywhere. Free bikes were available, but we didn't use them. Room was clean. Bathroom was ok. Not pristine, but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't use the beautiful outdoor pool but it appeared to be in great condition. Only issue we had was that the hotel was super loud up until about 10pm. We were in the main inn and could hear doors slamming and a dog barking for hours on end. By the……

“Rooms and building were nice. Great location. However, the hot water in room was not hot. Luke warm at best. We were there for 3 nights and only received 1 towel per person. No daily cleaning service that gives you more. There was only part of a toilet paper roll in room. No additional ones. Did not know that until we ran out. There was no blow dryer or iron in room. They need to do better.”
