“We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was……

“I did read quite a lot of reviews before I booked the place and to my surprise it actually outlived my expectations ! I booked this place for the weekend, it was very easy to commute, took the Neeta Volvo from Mumbai and it just drops you outside at the gate of Saj Resort(you can do the same while departing from here - also the resort staff is very helpful the can assist you with the bookings as well) On reaching the reception the staff was very warm and courteous and immediately took us……

“The room had non working shower, no toilet tissue no soap or any supplies including no coffee or tea bags. The toilet had cleaning tape but on opening WC there was a used toilet tissue floating. Linen when changed had hair on it at least 3 pieces”
