「The hotel is quite old, room is spacious, the manager and staff are very helpful indeed. The charge of the room is reasonable in Mumbai, good for budget traveller. Big bed with clean bedsheet.......
However, the facility is quite outdated. The location is walkable distance to the sea shore amd train station but a bit far from the sightseeing spots. 」

「This hotel is located close to airport, and should provide free airport pick-up service as given in the hotel homepage. I asked for this pick-up service because I was first time in India, speaking no Indian and landing very late at 10:30 pm. I sent in advance 4 emails (the first email 3 weeks ahead) via Hotels.com to ask for the service, but NO REPLY at all. At the end it cost me a great effort to arrive in this hotel, short before midnight. Unlucky that I got a very noisy room in the 2nd...
