9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (39 reviews)
"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful"

"Our stay was fine for the short time we were there as a place to lay our heads but for the price we paid I was a little disappointed. In all honesty The beds felt like a horse has broken them in, we have all woken up with sore backs today so definitely need adjusting (or even a mattress topper) the curtains were very thin so we were all woken up with the light first thing which was also frustrating as we wanted to make the most of the rest. The fridge also didn’t work (have informed host and...

"Amazing little hideway just within easy walking distance of West Malling, the hosts were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable on arrival, we purchased the firepit kit which was beautifully presented and included marshmallows and all your fire starting essentials, perfect for a quiet evening under the night skies. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and offered everything you could need for a self catering trip, including tea, coffee, cutlery, firepit tools, tin foil, washing up...

"Unfortunately, this stay didn't go great for us. While this is a peaceful and beautiful rural location, there was unusually hot weather, which wasn't the fault of the host. We received no check in information before arrival. When we arrived at the property, the host happened to be onsite and was not aware that we had booked through VRBO (as they also appear to list in other places). I think it was just lucky that the property was available when we arrived. The host was eventually able to...
