"Convenient location "

"Room dressers didn’t close. They kept sliding open. The parking is next to non existent. Not enough parking to cater for the amount of guests. My remote to my tv didn’t work and the guy just changed the batteries and said it should works it didn’t. When I tried to call the front, they had the phones on a loop so the calls wouldn't come thru. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. And I left my watch and within an hour of calling them to alert them exactly where I left it, they said it wasn’t there. I got a ping that my watch is now 12 min from the hotel. So someone found it. I Usually don’t complain about things but everything was just straight ghetto. Never again."

"Nice property. Friendly staff. Our room was by the elevators and we asked to be moved to a quieter location. Though they tried, we were unable to be moved. It was inconvenient being woken up multiple times at night due to the elevator noise and loud guests. The Residence Inn in the same neighborhood offers free breakfast and parking."

"This could be a great, quirky boutique hotel but it is currently let down by a lack of investment and sloppy management. The courtyard and structure is fantastic but the lobby and front entrance are poor/drab. The rooms are clean but the public areas are dirty. Get it clean and carry on the courtyard character to thre lobby and it would be so much better"

"The room was clean and nicely appointed. The staff was pleasant. The only thing that posed an issue was that we could hear our neighbors through the wall. Was awakened at 7:15am in the morning by them laughing and talking. Not so good when you want to sleep in a bit."

"First impression, front desk personnel need more time off or more training. Our interaction should have been much more pleasant in making a good first impression."
