「Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room...

「This is a time share property but meticulously maintained. Top appliances and materials used throughout. Service is through a hotel just next door, but they get things done quickly. Very friendly staff. Had one night that the property parking was full and I had to park outside across the street in the open (at their arrangement as well), and they gladly waived my parking fee for that night.
