“Everything about this unit and our stay was excellent. The location was perfect with walkability to many restaurants, coffee houses, stores, and other establishments. The penthouse amenities were very nice, and the views overlooking the harbor were second to none. Large, glass, full-length windows everywhere which made the stay a really cool experience. Parking right next door made easy through use of pass. The whole family was happy with this unit, and we’ll be back hopefully. Thanks for making……

“The condo was perfect for our family of four. Even as a one bedroom, we had plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach was great and didn’t need to worry about parking. We could stop for a midday break and go back out. Everything was very clean and well maintained.”

“We stayed for a girls weekend to enjoy the Christmas prelude in Kennebunkport! The condominium was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us. We were able to walk to downtown Kennebunk and enjoy a nice dinner. We were able to take a cab to Kennebunkport for the winter prelude. It was nice to be able to come back to the condo and relax and regroup before heading out for more activities. Great communication with the host who was very receptive to all……

“My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I was pleased with the parking lot access from the condo. We were able to ski up to our condo porch and remove our ski gear right there. The laundry facilities were also appreciated. ”

“Great location! Well cared for facility. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Stephen at the front desk was a pleasure! He worked hard to help us out. Our unit was quite adorable. Only downside was the coffee maker didn’t work for us. The air conditioner was doing what is should but after a good filter cleaning ( boy did it need it) it worked perfectly.”
