「This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The suite was a very creative design and so comfortable. The staff were amazing in how they made sure we were comfortable. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous in its design which is relatively newly renovated we understood. The management was so helpful . They kept our bags safely until we left for the night ferry. 「Pros: Friendly staff. Fantastic English breakfast. Great location, walking distance from the ferry terminal and all stores near the Stronmess waterfront. Even without an elevator, the parking location made it easy to access the room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Showers had nice high water pressure that gave a massage feeling. Cons: The building is historic, so the floors had older carpet. Newer flooring, e.g. newer carpet or luxury vinyl plank could improve the stay experience. Parking...
