「Attentive staff, quiet location, clean rooms」

「The place is great, the service rendered is out of place. All of the staff is ready to assist you at all times. The only drawback is that to get to the hotel, someone has to be waiting for you at a plaza since someone has to guide you through alleyways, just like a maze. But, overall, it is worth it. I will stay there again in a jiffy. 」

「Loved our stay at road noire D'ivore. It was luxury but felt authentic right in the middle of everything. The rooms were ompeccable- we stayed at the zebra room with the private hot tub. The service was amazing and personal. The hammam we booked was fantastic as well- we should have done it more. Oh and the restaurant was fantastic!! Would absolutely stay again. 」

「Beautiful quiet riad off the busy areas. Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. In the riad one feels constantly pampered. Tea and nibbles appeared...

「We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very clean & cozy we were at the top of the house with a small private terrace we loved it. The bathroom was small but worked fine. Breakfast was freshly made every morning The staff was friendly like family. 「Excellent Service and staff went above and beyond. Riad location is a bit inconvenient, takes about 6 to 7 minutes walk to get to a taxi. The attractions are about 20 minutes walk. Bathroom area is a bit tight, beds were comfortable, good space for luggage. 」
