“The area has an unlooked for benefit; it's near a dance school. We'd hear ballet piano accompaniment one evening, or group Flamenco practice another. Always enjoyable, diverting. Plenty of water pressure fo showers. Mixed area with presence of street people, but we have them in our home city too. Nice to get away from other tourists at the end of the day.”
