“Property is quite hard to find, no signs for B&B, look for No17 and ring the doorbell (no name). Car park is nearby. Do not use this place if you have any problems with stairs, very steep and narrow, almost impossible to get a large suitcase up them. The bathroom is backdown the stairs! The landlady is pleasant and provides a good breakfast. Wouldn’t stay again due to the stairs and on suite. ”

“The kitchen was very small and hard to cook in with little counter space. The shower was so small you couldn’t bend over in it. Many of the amenities needed updating. Fitted sheets with no elastic left so they came off the bed by morning, old dull knives and pans with teflon worn off, an old tomato can for a utensil holder. There was major construction that looked like it would be going on for a long time next door as well as down the street that started at 8:00 a. m. most days. Beds were not……

“Although it’s a beautifully renovated building in the residential part of the old town of Velez-Málaga, the photos are somewhat misleading. Pool is a jacuzzi that is no longer functioning. Ground floor rooms are dark, with no views and portable air conditioning units. There was no wifi in our room—only in the common areas. Parking can be difficult.”

“A good property overall but it is advertised that there is air conditioning. This was a must have for our family and there is no air conditioning - there were a few fans and instructions about how to keep as cool as possible, however in the summer August heat this was inappropriate and despite looking for other accommodation when we realised the situation there was no other option but to stay put and cope with the situation. ”
