We thought the sofa bed is just the normal sofa bed but no, it's the one with the mattress and my son was so happy to have it on his own. “We loved the flat but the kettle and glasses was washed with heavy detergent which was felt in the water even after boiling it twice. The curtains all falling out and need to be properly fixed ”

“Great customer service”

“Its location is very close many visiting sites such as old roman theatre, Picasso museum and Cathedral, etc. It is also close to Line A bus to/from Airport and Line 1 bus to/from Train Station and long-distance bus terminal. Also close to a large supermarket which sells sliced ham. The reception only operates from 10 am to 6 pm but gives clear instructions to check-in and gain entry into assigned room. The room has a spacious sitting room with sofa & glass dining table, and toilet with spraying……

“We arrived the hotel around 23:00, and maybe it's part of our negligence for the late check-in notice in advance. When we arrived there's no counter and we didn't know how to get inside the apartment. Luckily travelers are just walked out so we could enter the hotel and phoned the service desk. The counter asked us to move to another hotel to get the key, which is 30 minutes far by foot. Finally we get the key from a king girl however I think it is not actual a so-called "24 hours" service desk”

“I like very much the breakfast buffet. The hotel is very closed to Gibraltar. It will be a wise choice to stay if one wants to visit Gibraltar.”
