We had a decent stay here, easy to access to places and the bed were comfortable. They had the worst breakfast options felt like they just doing it for the stake.

Friendly staff, possibility to clean your room daily. Had breakfast once, not to bad. Room service oke, but food is oke or not so good, depands what you order. Well our stay was oke, make sure you get a room not at the road. If you are on your way during the day it is a good hotel to stay, standard room.

Breakfast included, but it isn't!!

We won't come back here. First impressions are king, and they were bad. First they informed us upon checkin that although we had purchased "including breakfast" for the 3 pax family rooms (×2), they were only giving us one breakfast per room per day. Ie, we were going to have to pay for the kids. We ordered the kids room service that night. It took nearly an hour and was almost cold (kids fish & chips and nuggets). My wife and I went to the restaurant, the menu was limited, so i went with one of the 3 Nasi Goreng options, none were available (in Indonesia?). Trying to sleep was a nightmare due to the heat (the AC was not up to it), and the outside road noise, and in one night also due to downstairs karaoke. Also bad. Location - nothing nearby except Hawai Water Park, limited English speaking staff, poor and cold breakfast (except white rice), limited menu, tiny rooms, no luggage or cupboard space. Good. Pool is good, staff are lovely, rooms and hotel is clean

Normal room normal hotel

It's just a very normal stay for me. The room is considered fine. The aircon was not really working but the technician did come and clean it for us. The TV was noisy but they also able to fix it at last. The service attitude was good. Breakfast is not really satisfying, choices are very little.

晚上附近有很多食市

整體來說可以，員工服務不錯 房間清潔程度不夠 部分房間窗戶破舊 而且三人房只有兩套杯 及衛生用品 淋浴設備 水力充是 而且熱水可以洗澡只是浴室有點清潔不足 但作為中轉站 是可以接受的 。

1 night stay. Old but alright

The room was rather basic. It was however old and toilet was not very clean. The service was good. Managed to get breakfast box as we were leaving early for mount broom tour and could not be back for the breakfast.

Comfortable for budget hotel

Overall is very good for the budget hotel. The only things is the location of the hotel that far from city. Around 10-15 min using taxi to reach the city of Malang.
