The Alana is a new Hotel, very clean and functional.
Small pool (only for kids) can't swim.
The breakfast doesn't suit for western guests (only scramble eggs, no sausages, no salamis). As a western guest I m not familiar with "traditional" indonesian foods and those 4-5 types of food. Fruit and sweets choice is very poor, even I can say "it's nothing", need to be highly improved!!!
I wasn't delighted much with reception and breakfast personal. There acting more like robots and not as persons, I didn't felt very welcoming. Only big "thanks" for guys on parking area,
very friendly and communicative 👍
All of all a good and modern hotel to stay.
