Domaine de Colombier stay

Beautiful hotel in a nice quiet location. Great range of amenities and all of a high standard. Pool and outdoor bar area is really nice. The Bistro is excellent and the food and service is second to none.

Nice little find

Whenever we go to a hotel I try to get a feel from the reviews. This hotel had very good reviews and to be honest I was slightly sceptical. However from the moment we arrived to the time we left it was nothing but a pleasant experience. I would really recommend it and a hotel we shall be returning to.

Very nice building and amenities. However, our room was very small and dark, not well isolated from outside noice (cleaners room was located in front of our door, hence we could hear the door opening and closing all morning). We did not have breakfast or food at the hotel so cannot comment on this. Staff was lovely at reception and proposed good alternative when the restaurant was booked out.

Déception pdj, accueil et ménage

Les frais de pdj étaient trompeur lors de la résa hotel.com: il était notifié frais de pdj 18 euros comme chaque fois dans la rubrique dédié, ce qui permettait de rentrer ch+pdj dans le forfait. Le jour J, je découvre que le pdj buffet est en fait à 25€, ce qui ne me permet pas de le prendre. À l'accueil, on me dit que 18€ c'est pour une variante : pdj continental avec café et viennoiseries (18€, juste pour ça, du délire...). Bref je leur montre ce qui est affiché sur hotel.com et trompeur, mais pour eux c'est normal d'afficher le prix du pdj continental, celui que personne ne prend (pas revu affiché ds les tarifs de la chambre d'ailleurs), et de ne pas afficher le classique buffet comme dans tout les hôtels. Bref ce n'est pas tant le souci, mais c'est la mauvaise fois et le déni qui m'ont le plus étonné, surtout pour ce type d'établissement. Et le lendemain, ils me disent avoir vérifié et que tout est normal de leur côté sur hotel.com mais ils l'ont quand même notifié à la personne en charge et comme par magie, l'affichage avait été corrigé...Ménage à revoir également : lors d'exercices de renfo au sol, je me suis retrouvé avec bcp de poussières sur les vêtements ainsi que sur des vêtements posés par terre. Difficile d'apprécier son séjour dans ces conditions et sans pdj, dommage car le domaine semble plutôt joli et le bistrot bien sympa.

Un havre de paix ! Un accueil et un service exemplaire ! La bienveillance, le dynamisme, le professionnalisme, l’écoute, la serviabilité dans un cadre magnifique ! Le repas au bistrot digne d’un gastronomique avec là aussi un personnel irréprochable, très souriant et à l’écoute ! Nous sommes déjà venus il y a deux ans et nous reviendrons !
