“Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive. We found a different hotel after the first night. The restaurant was also less than mediocre. I would not stay here again and would recommend others find somewhere else.’plenty of options ”

“We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. ”

“If you are planning a trip to Punta del Este or Playa Chihuahua this is an excellent choice if you are looking for a warm inviting place to stay whether you are traveling alone or as a couple or with friends. Just like the beautiful stretch of naturist beach the vibe is peaceful and relaxing. The hotel accommodations are perfect and the staff will make every effort to make your stay a memorable one. If you are having any hesitation I would not pass this one up. You won’t be disappointed.”

“El lugar es lindo, las unidades son lindas pero le falta mantenimiento. Las puertas no cierran bien y se trancan. La comida es muy poco variada, el restaurante para snacks tiene comida de muy mala calidad, hamburguesas baratas, pizza con muy poca pinta, panchos baratos. un all inclusive muy pobre.”
