The positive thing is that the bed is very comfortable and the pool is large and clean. The questionable is the breakfast, very poor and they charge everything extra.

Park Hotel has reopened following a.period of.idleness and renovation. Some of the bugs were still being worked out durong our stay, but did not present problems.. The staff does a great job communicating and responding to guest requests. Transportation to/from the beaches and downtown is a bit of an issue because of location.

Bad parking experience, poor maintenance.

The place is ok for the type of hotel but there are some things that are not right. It says there is parking space where there is not enough or it is almost impossible to park because of the few spaces and if you want to use the underground parking you need to pay $40 per night which is ridiculous. Also the TV screen was broken and there were many details that showed poor maintenance. The overall service was very cold and impersonal and breakfast very limited. I would look for other options next time. Bed and bathroom were fine.

The property’s location is ver convenient. It has many things to do and they keep it very clean. Owners should invest $$$ a bit more to elevate the hotel to the next level. For instance my bathtub had patches which tells me that it was broken and they decided not to replace it. There was no phone in my room and the safe did not work.

Hello, the hotel is located in a good area, but the service in the lobby is only somewhat acceptable. The room doesn't have a telephone, and the toilet was dirty; it's obvious they never use bleach and just wipe it down with a cleaner. And worst of all, the mattress was split in two, so sleeping was uncomfortable for my back
