“Everything about our stay was outstanding. Antonio our host was incredibly attentive, fast to respond to any request, and always ready with thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, transportation, etc. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with every detail carefully considered. Booked this place as it is located close to the airport and offered transfer. As stipulated, I contacted the hotel to pre-book the the transfer and gave details of our time and flight no. I asked the hotel to confirm the transfer service. The hotel did not reply. I send several messages, I send e-mails and I called. No reply whatsoever.
This place is a fraud!!!
I contacted hotels.com to help me out but they did not either manage to reach the hotel.
