“The room was very nice, everything was clean and looked new. The bathroom and shower are very nice, new, and clean. We did not meet the staff in person but communicated via messaging, which was convenient- quick and easy to understnd responses to my questions. ”

“I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment suite with a big balcony. The accomodation is comfortable and safe (which is important to me, as a female solo traveler). The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I forgot a few items when I left and they have been of great service to help me get them picked up by a courier. The only minus point to me was the location. The neighbourhood felt safe and people were nice. However it seems like the municipality doesn’t maintain its sidewalks properly.”

“Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant.……

“Ausstattung ist etwas Besonderes. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Frühstücksraum ist sehr sehr klein - man sitzt quasi aufeinander. Aber alles andere ist sehr sehr empfehlenswert”

“Je ne comprends pas les avis précédents. L’hôtel est superbe, le personnel est adorable, et les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité ! Le coin piscine est magnifique, le petit-déjeuner est excellent, et la salle de sport est très bien équipée. Franchement, je ne vois rien à reprocher à cet hôtel ni à son personnel. Seul petit bémol : nous avons été réveillés par du bruit un matin. Mais à part cela, tout était parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % ! 🙏”
