Very clean, well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice of evening meal which was good value for money. The location and views were amazing. Room servicing was a little erratic, but a minor issue for us. Staff very polite and helpful.

It was a nice stay but the shower seal was broken and the pools are freezing and so cold, the food was ok the breakfast was stale and the steak had this very weird thing in it, There where flys everywhere and they made us late for our pasta class and train Overall I rated it a 4/10.

We loved the view from the room over Palermo. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom modern. It would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room and some tissues! The staff at the desk were so helpful. Breakfast and dinner were a little limited in choice but tasty and well prepared. The pools were closed but it was too cool anyway. It is a half hour from Palermo center requiring a car or taxi up a winding road but the staff were helpful in arranging rides.

Great value hotel outside of Palermo with spectacular views from rooms and pool area. Breakfast well stocked but a little limited but what you would reasonably expect for the room rate. Great value dinner with lots of menu choices. As long as you are comfortable with travelling in to Palermo (25 mins by car) then this is a great option

We spent 6 nights at Hotel Bel 3 and it was amazing. The staff were so nice, we had a city view /pool view room and it was beautiful!! The rooms were so pretty and clean! We had breakfast every morning and it was delicious. They had the same menu every day but it was really good. The restaurant on the property had some of the best dinner we’ve had. We have no complaints about this hotel at all. I am pleased that I booked with them. We had our son with us and from other reviews we did go ahead and rent a car because the hotel is up on the mountain. It was amazing thank you for making our first time in Italy so smooth.

The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views.
