“Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. As long as you don't mind being a slightly squished on his ride depending on the group size, for 300 Rs. you really can't go wrong. He alone is the reason for a 5/5 rating. “I blame both expedia and the hotel for my bad stay at this hotel. After traveling 30 hrs, the hotel would not check me in and said to come back at 11. This was a scheduling error on my behalf but I could not stay in the lobby as the staff were sleeping on the couches. I come back at 11 and they do not have my booking nor the room available that I booked. I waited an hour until I accepted a lesser room with no window or seating in it. Not once did they clean my room, but I saw them cleaning……

“The staff did prove helpful, even if their English wasn't great. It was the blood stain on the pillow case and the fact that the TV box had no remote so "youtube only". No safe or fridge in the room aswell. We asked for a quite room but needed to ask to be moved. Not great.”

“Everything was fine at the hotel. They need to thoroughly clean their bathrooms. It seemed that the bathroom taps and the shower door glass wasn't cleaned properly ”

“The property was not worth the price. Rooms were tiny, there was seepage on walls, bathroom lock wasn't working and everything was worn out. Only good thing about the stay was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were really making an effort to give a seamless experience.”

“The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple”
