“All is ok . Few dining area and coffee places around...only is that I don't really fancy the buffet bfast. More for the local but some are abit tasteless. Maybe this should be improved”

“Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level.”

“The staff at the front desk and restaurant as well as the porters were all very friendly and helpful. We found our room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was wonderful and offered a truly beautiful view of the city. If we find ourselves back in Makassar, we would stay here again. The food from the restaurant was just so-so, but it is available 24 hours, which is convenient if you need it. The only negative was the hotel shuttle driver who met us at the airport, as he……

“the checkin was super easy and smooth.. front desk clerk came and opened the door upon arrival, big smile on his face and from then on i had a new friend in Makassar.. any questions i just asked him and not only did he answer them but would tell me better way or place than what i was thinking.. the food in the restaurant as well as the service was perfect.Coto Makassar huge sreving and just ENAK.. ”

“Inexpensive, “boutique “ property. English ability varied significantly. Staff was always polite. Limited variety of food but always tasty. Nice breakfast. Reasonably convenient to Losari Beach area but a bit far to walk in the heat.”

“nice hotel with nice location. it is located near city center, you can get around easily. the FO staff was very helpful n friendly. keep up with the good greetings guys. on the 3rd day I got problem with hot shower, but they fix it immediately after I tell to FO staff. the bad side is only the carpet, i think it should be replaced with new one. the old one was looked dusty.”

“I cant check in into my room and should wait for about 30 minutes , they give me a spare executive suite that just got renovated and very hot .”
