"The rooms are looking a bit tired some damage to the woodwork the staff could not be any better. Love the staff from room staff to front desk. Alway willing to help when needed. The breakfast highly recommend just the cosmetic parts of the internal furnishings could be better starting to show signs of wear and tear. Going back in June will always stay at sky view "

"My family and I stayed there for 4 nights and we truly enjoyed our time there. Clean and nice facility. Good amenities and polite staff. It’s also close to so many stores and restaurants. The only thing to consider is whether you’ll need to be traveling around BKK a lot as the streets around the area tend to get really busy during peak traffic time. The shuttle they offer to the BTS station was very helpful, although I wished they also had pick ups."

"There was a foul odor on the corridor leading to my room. The staff inserted a humidifier to curb the odor. Room was very good, as well as the staff."

"Breakfast is great. Tilted towards Asian cuisine as you would expect, but it includes an open grill with a chef to prepare any eggs you want. Plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, toast, and a buffet of asian cuisine that I didn't explore but many did. Overall a great value. Rooms could stand to be freshened, could use new carpet in the halls, but definitely not 'run down'. Just needs a little refresh to match the rest of the property. Junior and Executive suites are over 600 sqft so very roomy and comfortable."
