“Tolle Zimmer und super Lage!”

“Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception……

“The staff were all very friendly, and the room was well set up for a family. The box full of reusable items left by previous guests is an excellent idea, we needed some after sun, and there was some in there.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and the food was good. The location was good, not far from the beach and within walking distance of the centre of town. The resort is delightful. Great value for money.”

“Staff all quite rude apartments old and air con useless. No lifts we had lots of luggage and 2 kids no offer to help no trolleys and it was a pain to get to room. 1980’s appliances basically really overpriced for what we got so glad only one night stay.”

“Das Zimmer war voller Schimmel und nass als wir reinkamen. Es wurde nicht geputzt und an dem Esstisch hing sogar noch Tomatensoße. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden. Auch die Dusche wurde nicht sauber gemacht.”

“The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room itself is pretty basic. The cleaning wasn’t really on point but for short stays, we didn’t feel like complaining too much. There are some pastries in the morning in the lobby which were nice. The location is very practical and well connected. As for the pool, one thing to be known is that while it’s open 24/7, it’s not heated so it can be quite cold in the evening. Overall, a fair place for short stays in Mallorca!”
