「The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, from check in, to breakfast serving, to check out. Each person was happy and smiling during my stay. Room was clean and tidy, with all the usuals you would expect (ironing facilities, hairdryer, toiletries etc). Will stay there again if in the area.」

「We were visiting some ancestral homes in and around the area but this location was also really convenient for Cork and Cobh. Eric the host and owner was great - super helpful and checked in every day to make sure all was well. Full shared kitchen stocked with every convenience was also great - as was having a space to hangout besides the room to do some work. Plus fun to meet other guests.」

「When we entered our assigned room, it smelled off. We opened the bathroom door and the entire ceiling and some of the wall was covered in clearly visible black mold. We returned to the front desk to ask for another room. They were very helpful. The manager showed us to a new room which was much better, but how do you allow a room to look like that and then try to rent it out? Even though they were accommodating, that put a bad taste in our mouths for the rest of our stay.」

「Check in wasn’t really smooth through expedia as we booked on short notice and it hadn’t shown up in their system; however the front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. She offered us to have a meal in lounge and leave luggage at front desk….she would come get us when reservation showed up in system so we could complete check in. She followed through and no other problems.」

「Great place for young couples on city break or mingling professionals. Wouldn’t recommend to older couples or to families. Lounge is a good vibe though table service could be more attentive. Beds are a bit soft for my liking personally. Showers are amazing!」
