"Great hotel and staff were really good with us and our children, would point out they are constructing 2 big apartment blocks behind the hotel which did generate noise from 07:00 each morning and there was a lot of disruption due to the construction traffic each day. We ordered breakfast to the room one morning which was really good and would recommend. The staff in the pearl lounge bar were great and probably made the best drinks of the multiple areas on the property. We tried a couple of the different restaurants between the 3 hotels and were only disappointed with the American Henry J Beans."

"We had a lovely relaxing stay at the hotel. The roof top pool being adults only was a bonus and we did not have any issues getting sunbeds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean - we were pleased we chose to have a balcony. Breakfast had lots of choice and plenty of it. The hotel was in a great location, with lots of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from and a lovely view of the sea. The only thing that could be a downside was having to go to and from the two hotel buildings either under or over the road, but it didn’t bother us! Would definitely stay here again - Malta is a lovely place to visit."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, and one of the highlights was the bracelet-making activity for children. My little one absolutely loved it! I only wish there had been more children’s activities available, especially on Fridays and over the weekend. We also attended the Surplus BBQ Gala Dinner, which was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. The only areas for improvement would be to offer a bit more variety on the menu at Atrio and perhaps include a small welcome treat or goodies in the room on arrival to make guests feel even more special."

"HOTEL WAS VERY NICE. ESPECIALLY AQUA LUNA. LOCATION IS AMAZING, BUS AT DOORSTEP. HOWEVER THE ELEVATORS NEED TO BE IMPROVED."

"Food was lovely, staff were friendly (except one member of staff in the Ombré restaurant) hotel was very clean, shops in the hotel are a rip off, gym was small. The Sabi pool area and restaurant across the road was brilliant! Kids pool and infinity pool was really good, didn’t get to see the adults only area as the kids were attached to us (unfortunately we’re not blessed with grandparents)"

"Nice hotel near the marina. Excellent service from the staff. The indoor pool was a bit smaller than expected but did the trick. Enjoyed the location and the amenities nearby. A bit small the room but nicely decorated. Good hotel for exploring Malta."

"From the moment we arrived, we were reassured that all members of staff had been made aware of our son’s needs. This immediately put us at ease and meant so much to our family. The larger family room was perfect for our son’s needs and gave our family plenty of space. The child safety locks on both balcony doors were an excellent feature. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the incredible breakfast. Every day, the chefs prepared our son a special gluten-free waffle, which he absolutely loved and looked forward to each morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made breakfast a real highlight of his day and one of ours too. We also thoroughly enjoyed every restaurant that was open for dinner during our stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was simply impeccable. Every area of the resort was maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The restaurant staff took our son’s allergies incredibly seriously, and we always felt completely safe dining there. The pool staff were wonderful with our children, housekeeping kept our room immaculate throughout our stay and the evening turndown service was a lovely touch after long days exploring with three tired children. We felt the children’s club could have had more structured activities rather than a single room with one member of staff. A larger team of enthusiastic, child-focused staff might offer a more engaging experience and would be a wonderful addition to an already fantastic family resort."
