「I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. 「員工要看個人運氣好不好，有的很熱心，而且會講中文。有的一板一眼，不願意幫忙。（因為腳扭傷無法爬到上舖，勉強上去但跌落到地上，再次要求已發生意外，其他的服務人員才趕快協助換床位）」

「I’ve booked one night and then have booked another one since it was really nice. The only thing would be nicer to improve, is communication between the flat company and the client. Beside that, the flat is so very nice, quite, cozy, with everything you need and even Netflix. location is near to the centre and old town is 20 min walking. I would love to get back here on my next trip. 」

「This is a perfect location right next to the city wall. Great architecture and very polite staff. The view and food in the Wine and Cheese Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. But I am not a big fan for wine and cheese but mainly refer to the dinner. Wifi is not reliable in room. Some electric socket was switched off in the main switch. Towels are old. But for the location I still give it a 5.」
