「Room, gym, pool and breakfast were all excellent n」

「Check-in and check-out process was easy. Staff was friendly. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but parking was easy and it was a short drive to surrounding cities and Mammoth Cave National Park. It was a great budget place to shower and sleep after a long day of hiking and exploring.」

「The trip started poorly. Property mgmt & Expedia are not on the same page. I was told different costs for pets. We were not told by the front desk about amenities. We lost money in the laundry room. Front desk said they'd inform mgmt. We never heard back. 」

The property is owned by a business a few doors down, and we had to go there to get checked in. The place was cute and clean. There was a common kitchen for people to use, and there was a very strong smell of food when we walked in the front door and we could also smell it in our room.
