“This is a nice condo with a wood fireplace, deck, and underground parking. It’s a 10 minute walk to Eagle lodge, and the hot tubs were very close. Nice room at a good rate.”

“this is a newly renovated and centrally located condo with the huge convenience of a garage with 120 and 240v outlets. place was well plowed during a time of record snowfall. only minor issue is wall to the neighboring unit is very thin so you can here everything next door if it's occupied. so bring earplugs. we'd definitely stay here again.”

“This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. ”

“Access to the property is so easy and convenient. Love the private and spacious garage. Room was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is small but well-supplied. Grocery and restaurants just minutes away. Great place, highly recommend!”

On the blue bud route and only a few minute ride to the village gondola center and canyon lodge, with covered parking, and an updated interior, and a pellet stove, as well as great views of the eastern Sierra mountains to the south. We’ve never been to Mammoth but we’d definitely stay here again!”

“Very clean, modern and comfortable. Storage bins provided for groceries or other supplies. No real need to use your car in bad weather, as you can walk to Red, Green or Purple bus line. Only criticism is that the walls were pretty thin so we could hear our neighbors frequently. We'd definitely stay again.”

“Condo was located in town but also close to nearby Village and near bus lines to ski mountain. Condo was roomy and comfortable and check in check out was a breeze plus property mgmt allowed for an earlier check in and later check out so we could ski! Beds were comfortable, loved the pellet fire burning fireplace and updated kitchen made it nice for preparing meals and staying in to eat. Really a good deal great location and good accommodations.”

“My family of five had a wonderful stay in Mammoth. The condo was spotlessly clean and a short 5-7 minute walk to the Canyon Express chair. I would describe the condo as a one bedroom, with a loft and a tiny attic with a single bed. The rooms other than the master are open with little privacy. There is no door between the attic and the loft, and though there is a door to the loft, the loft is fairly open to the living room below. The kitchen is well stocked but smaller than the photos make it……

“There is a list of fines for such items as leaving blinds open, not putting items in dishwasher, not setting temperature in EACH room, not taking out trash etc. We felt like we were working for the management company, not enjoying a vacation! And we paid a cleaning fee too! Won’t stay there again. ”
