「Left my cell phone in the room, locator showed it was in their office, but noone found it. Extended my stay another day. Kept the same room. Didn’t need housekeeping, but they charged a $25 fee to keep the same room. Which you have to pay in cash to the fromt desk agent. Kept my deposit because i didnt take out my own trash, which I did bag up for them. I would say you get what you pay for, but after a stolen phone and scammed on $50, I certainly lost money.」

「Mi familia y amigos nos hemos convertido en clientes fijos, porque vamos con bastante frecuencia. En sentido general los trabajadores son muy amables. Lo único que yo creo que deben mejorar es la limpieza de las habitaciones . Si hay un gerente que supervisa el trabajo ese polvo acumulado no estaría ahi. Cuando hay alfombras hay que aspirar y pasar un paño a los muebles y al televisor, que están tapizados de polvo. El propósito de este comentario es para que mejoren, por lo demás todo OK. 」
