「The hotel was overall very nice. We didn´t encounter any problems. The staff was very kind and polite. It was crowded but you didn´t feel that anywhere because everything was organized nicely. There is somethig for everyone, we believe, given the many activities. The food was also very delicious. The nature of the hotel and the overall location was also very beautiful as if it was from some postcard. Our only wish, for maybe next year, would probably be that they offer matcha latte as beverage....
