LeVilla 558 is the cutest little up northy feeling condo I have!
You will be pleasantly surprised when you walk in to the beautiful newly renovated kitchen. pictures coming soon. FULL size refrigerator!
450 sqaure foot condo that sleeps 2 comfortably. 3 at max.
Ground level unit with parking out front. No stairs to climb.
Enhanced cleaning protocols followed.

Beautiful brand new renovated bathroom! See pictures.
One bedroom with new KING bed. Not too firm, not too soft! 42 inch TV with DVD player and over 200 channels including a DVR.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a small meal

Crock pot. If you are looking for something special just ask, I probably have it.

Your rental includes a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal)
*pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*

*WIFI recently updated to allow to work from home easily*

Backyard faces the 18th hole and we are a 3 minute walk to the slopes. Nice seating area out back to watch the golfers or grill on the new gas grill. Bonfire pit.

Included with your stay is a pool pass that allows guests to use the indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village and the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Bellaire at Summit Village.

We are on the Schuss golf course and there are 5 other popular courses within a few miles.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

***There is a special boat and trailer parking lot. Boats are not allowed in the condo parking lot***

All of my condos are professionally cleaned between guests.

We didn't use the pool. We did walk the back nine of the golf course early and it was enjoyable. The place is super cozy, clean and has everything you may need. The king bed was so comfortable. Will definitely be back. It's close to Bellaire, Boyne Mountain (30min) and traverse City (55 min.) all cool places for day trips!

The property was super clean and in a great location. The owner, Connie even changed our location to better serve me as I am disabled. This was her idea. You don't find great people like this to deal with much anymore.

Very clean, quiet and scenic views

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and the property is quiet and scenic. The condo was very clean however, there were several insects that made their way inside. The area around the condo is wooded so insects are to be expected but, I would suggest spraying the condo regularly to help with all the spiders and silverfish. We were a little bummed to find that the other villages were not within walking distance or a short drive as it was suggested in the property description. The only outdoor pool was at the Lakeview Hotel which was miles away down very rural and confusing unmarked roads. The only pool within range was an indoor pool at the ski lodge which was in desperate need of maintenance. I understand that the ski lodge is closed during the summer months but, the pool area is open and as such should be in working order. There was dust inches thick and spider webs that clearly have been there for years along with restrooms and a sauna that are ridden with mold. We also did not have access to the beach which we found out only after booking. The photos of this property show several ammenities that appear to be available but in reality are not available with this booking. Also, this property is literally in the middle of nowhere so cell service was almost non-existent. This condo would be perfect for a weekend ski trip but I would not suggest it for a summer getaway, especially if you have children with you.

Clean and classy condo stay

The decor was great and it was a spotless unit. Close to family and everything we were doing. Condo was fully stocked and comfy. It included some games and a tv in living and bedroom area so when we weren’t out and about we were relaxing or having fun.

Short ski trip

Went for a short family ski trip between Christmas and New Year's - 2 adults and 2 kids (8 yo / 4 yo). Very clean and cozy space. King bed was comfortable, kids were fine on pull out. Nice to have the kitchenette. We utilized the pools, which were fine, and communication with owner was quick/easy. Would book this property again next time at Schuss!

Cute Getaway Stay

This place had everything we needed for a central base on our northern Michigan exploration trip. We honestly were not in the condo much, but it was very clean and was in a nice location. The town of Bellaire is really close and a charming town. Close enough for day trips to the sleeping bear dunes and to Mackinac Island.

Quiet, Comfortable and Clean

Great little place! The location was so quiet and we enjoyed walking the course. We used this as a middle ground to hop around to Glenn Harbor, Leland, Charlevoix and Petosky. The outdoor pool was a nice option for the evenings. We prepped all our own food and used the stove top and the toaster oven which worked great. The fridge was way too small for what we brought but we just kept ice in our cooler. I was 25 weeks pregnant and I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed!

Short weekend up north

The rental was tiny, but packed a lot of punch. Everything looked freshly re-done. Very clean, nicely decorated, located tucked away on the golf course with minimal car traffic. Very enjoyable and close to many fun things to do .
