"Our room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a porch and it wasn’t clean. The outside can use some overall maintenance, some flowers and general cleaning up. Margaret cooked us breakfast and it was wonderful. She is delightful. Location is great. We are glad we were not in the middle of the Riverwalk. "

"All the facilities were very clean and neat. There were deer in the pond when we opened our room door in the morning to the beautiful sunshine. The breakfast was delicious.
