“We stayed overnight due to our plane getting in at 1 am. We were greeted by a very affublé young man who quickly and efficiently processed us and we had our room card. ”

“Just 5 mins walk from T2 of Manchester Airport. My kid was with us. For some reason there was no more room for 3 of us. The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. ”

“There are plenty of parking spaces but yet they are mostly full. If you plan to drive, better to have a contingency plan in case you cannot find a parking space. The breakfast is very good n the room is clean and comfy. I enjoyed my stay there. ”

“Overall is good, staff are nice but there is some unpleasant smell in the room. Breakfast is nice, includes hot food like egg，bacon, beans. ”

“The room was clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed and lots of plugs for all your electronics. Amenities included electric water kettle, hair dryer, iron and board, safety box. I also thought the restaurant and room service offers were excellent. The staff at check in desk was very helpful and accommodating. Great customer service and the hotel is very close to the airport T2, however if you arrive or depart from T1 or T3 it’s quite a walk, I wish they would offer a shuttle for T3 at……

“This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands of times before. It was not my fault, i finished my shower 30mins ago and the bathroom has no water on the floor”

“Everything is fine, only bottles water cannot supplied on the other day, sound not reasonable. ”
