"The room was clean. The housekeeping staff was fantastic. Hotel staff were rude and impatient with my special needs child. There was black mold on the shower tile surfaces. The $20 breakfast buffet was disgusting. The pool was green and slimy around the edges"

"It was really disappointed in the evening snacks… dried up baby carrots, stale celery, sticks, some chips, crackers, and hummus. The only fruit was pineapple and watermelon considering I paid over $500 for the room at least they could’ve done was given me some blackberries and strawberries and blueberries to eat. The breakfast omelette was very good. And I was grateful for actual plates and silverware, but again disappointed because the coffee was going in paper cups. The room was very nice. The Crabtree and Evelyn soaps and conditioners were lovely. But they really need to do a better job cleaning the elevators as well. Somehow they seem to get forgetting and forgotten at a lot of hotels. It’s probably one of the most used spaces."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and ready to answer questions. Shuttle service was good too. It looked like some renovations were in progress. Only criticism is the number of plugs or charging ports was limited and obviously overused and worn. Some did not work at all."

"We stayed here 6/26 for 2 nights. Hotel was clean, rooms immaculate and we'll appointed. Staff from check in through checkout were attentive and accommodating. Hotel is a few block walk to Public Transportation (Subway-Transit Station) and a couple good Italian restaurants and bakery. Would not think of another place to stay when going again to Boston. No airport shuttle is only downside but flat rate cab was only $14 plus tip."
