A lovely property. Warm, comfortable and nicely located near to the heart of Manchester City Centre. We stayed as a group during a conference. Would highly recommended this as a base. Fantastic

Nice spot to crash at night after spending time in the city during the day. The downstairs shower would benefit from a shower curtain, and the room the pool table is in is a bit too small to play pool comfortably. Kitchen and living area are spacious and nice to hang out in.

Its a property that clearly is in need of some maintenance. The garden is over grown. A fresh coat of paint on the walls might help. The bathroom floor tiles are loose. The toilet seat is broken downstairs. screws ends visible on pool table could harm someone. The shower was ok. The beds comfortable. Location was decent.
