We only stayed 1 night and would definitely stay longer, location is excellent. Room was perfect. Reception staff were brilliant. Breakfast was perfect. There are no negative comments about this hotel. There is discounted car parking within a few minutes walk. We had a great time and would happily return to Heathcote Hotel.

Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Bad waren großzügig. Das Frühstück war klassisch englisch, bot aber auch für andere Geschmäcker etwas. Der Frühstücksraum bot eine hohe Aufenthaltsqualität.

Excellent staff, helpful and super friendly. The hotel seems to be undergoing some upgrades (the tvs are a bit old, only basic channels not smart tvs and no mini fridge in the rooms) but very spacious rooms, updated bathrooms and comfortable bed. Great location, close but not too close to Piccadilly Station and near Piccadilly Gardens. Recommend this hotel.

Location is magnificent, so close to the main train station and Manchester City Centre. Hotel is in a beautiful old building but it’s well-maintained, renovated and sleek. Would stay here anytime I came to Manchester.

Lovely place, room was clean and spacious. Bar/restaurant was modern and nice to enjoy. Breakfast was delicious. Well connected to Co-op arena using tram line or the city walk. Parking easy just behind the hotel, £13 for 24hrs so quite good these days! Would definitely stay again.

We really loved our stay here, the rooms were lovely and the hotel was so quiet and in a brilliant location. Only downside was i did ask at reception for some more firmer pillows or an extra pillow as it was very soft but they did not fulfil this request. I will definitely come back if im in the area

We had a great stay at the Heathcote Hotel. Our room was very well appointed and was very clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the train station and the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful and polite, the day we checked out we asked them if they could mind our large suitcase while did some more shopping & they were only too happy to oblige. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks guys.
