Rest&Recharge are proud to present this newly renovated and refurbished luxury holiday home near Manchester City Centre.
This character Victorian property spread over four storeys is perfect for a big family holiday or for a group trip to Manchester - being close to Old Trafford, the AO Arena, the Coop Arena, the Etihad Stadium, the Trafford Centre and more!
Early-checkin and late-checkout available (subject to availability and small supplements).
Free parking on-site. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
The Space:
Taken back to the brick and reconfigured during a full renovation in the Summer and Autumn of 2023, this spacious property is the perfect getaway with comfort, peace & quiet and proximity to Manchester and its attractions.
The house is spread over four storeys, featuring:
* Five King-size bedrooms (all with large Smart TVs) on the first and second floor
* Three bathrooms on the first & second floors
* A large open plan Kitchen-Diner with cosy nook
* A fully-stocked kitchen for cooking and dining-in, with modern appliances including a Nespresso Coffee Machine
* A separate bright and comfortable lounge with a large sofabed
* A basement utility room with washing machine
* Hotel-quality linen hire and free toiletries
* Sky Entertainment, Sky Cinema & Sky Sports packages on the lounge and nook TVs
We have several travel cots and high chairs available, upon request.

You have full exclusive use of the house & rear patio during your stay

The house is located a short drive from the M60 and M56 motorways
Other Things to Note:
Please note this property has a video doorbell by the front door and security cameras above the side path and back patio for safety and security of the property, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking checkin date, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (a £6 non-refundable admin fee applies) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for £35. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.
Optional Fees:
We offer, subject to availability, for the following supplements:
Early Checkin – 2pm: £50
Early Checkin – 3pm: £25
Late Checkout – 12pm: £50
Late Checkout – 11am: £25
Any other requests that are earlier (for checkin) or later (for checkout) are subject to availability, and further supplements may apply.
