「We have attempted to communicate with management several times to no avail. They were drastically understaffed. We were told there was not enough staff to help with our bags because they were focused on helping a tour bus that would be arriving soon. We witnessed a waitress being berated by a guest asking for management support to no avail. We were unable to get in our room for over an hour because the keys did not work and they had to call someone in to help... they list goes on and on. ...
