"This was such a beautiful place. Everything was clean everything looked peaceful. I’m so glad that we came when we did because the weather was perfect but our last day was a tropical storm so things were getting crazy but our four night stay was absolutely beautiful. I loved our swim up suite. Only thing about our private pool was that it was freezing cold up until the last night is whenever the heating was turned on for some reason, but I think that it was like that for everyone else because that’s what we started noticing everyone was in there personal pools, but it was so beautiful"

"The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing, views were breathtaking, and the pools were amazing. I must say we were disappointed the lazy river was out of order and the hot tub was not working. The day of check in the elevator was out of order having to climb five flights of stairs ( not good). We got stuck in the elevator on our last night. Due to rain, the bathroom in the restaurant Zen had puddle of water. There are some things that needs to be more attention."

"This is a beautiful resort. The location is great, about a half hour from the airport .The beach is amazing. Our room was great, spacious and comfortable. The staff were wonderful, the only issue I had was we were celebrating a 60th birthday and our butlers did nothing to acknowledge it, our group for what’s app was named birthday group (my husband and I share our birthday), this was just a small thing. The resort just reopened in September and they are still working out some things. The restaurants were hit or miss, many out of food items consistently. We loved the Italian and steak restaurant, the hibachi was also good. Our beach “butler” TERRYANN was awesome. She is a gem, so happy, friendly and funny all in one person. The bars were great, all had top shelf liquors and some even had my favorite stoli raspberry which was a plus. The bartenders at the Aquarius bar were awesome. We did get cornered into doing their 90 minute sales presentation which turned into 3 hours even after we repeatedly said we were not interested. That was very frustrating. The only other issue we had was with the tour company in the lobby. We booked 2 excursions and decided we only wanted to do one and they flat out refused to refund me even though their policy stated I had until 24 hours prior with full refund. The agent was very condescending about it. I don’t know if they are affiliated with the resort or not (Nexus tours) but it did say Royalton excursions on their shirts so just be aware."

"Kingsbird is an excellent place to stay. Once you get there, you are welcomed as if you were family,and treated as such throughout you stay; Natalie, KIngsley and Natalia were wonderful Hosts. They greet you with beautiful smiles every time they see you,always ensuring that you are OK and in need of nothing. They are knowledgeable locally, so anything you need done, they can "hook you up"; will stay with them next time I visit Jamaica. Thanks for the hospitality! Robert"
