The location was perfect, and the staff were wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was excellent, breakfast was good, and the lounge had great music and a nice atmosphere. However, the property could use some maintenance and updating. In the room, the baseboards and doors need to be repainted. The bathroom faucets should be replaced, and the shower fixtures need to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. The stairwells also need attention and repairs. Addressing these items would make a significant difference in the overall appearance and comfort of the hotel. Overall, I would rate my stay 6 out of 10. Despite the maintenance issues, I would stay here again, mainly because of the excellent staff and the convenient location. With some improvements to the rooms and common areas, this could be a much better experience.

The house keepers would slam doors constantly as they moved from room to room cleaning. Very annoying when recovering from a night of parting lol. The food in the resturant was VERY salty. Flavor does not mean salt The staff was OUTSTANDING and did the best they could with what they had to work with. Hats off to Chef Justin… His meal was “ gud man” lol … Eskovitz fish was the plate he prepared….. was unable to prop him up online … internet issues…

My flight was canceled. I contacted the business number for this hotel after finding it on ‎WhatsApp myself since the number listed on Expedia is incorrect. Their business department simply stated that Expedia has to handle it, but Expedia can’t contact them because the information is not updated. Bad experience. No effort from hotel.
